Grace turned 18 months on April 19th. Wow i can't believe she is 1 1/2 years old. This little girl continues to amaze us everyday. We can't believe the things she is learning and all the things she is able to do and say. Of course what comes along with turning 18 months is Grace had her 18 month check up. It is always exciting but also kind of sad at the same time. First i have to say Grace was such a big girl with her checkup. She did have to get one shot and she did very well. This little girl didn't even cry. I was very surprised and happy that she didn't get upset. Also the exciting part seeing how much she has grown. Grace is starting to stretch up, she is 32.25 inches tall which is actually in the 70% on her growth chart. Yeah Grace! Her weight still is in the lower percentile on the chart, she is 23 lbs 6.5 oz. But overall Grace is healthy and doing well and meeting her developmental mild stones as she is suppose to. We are just having so much fun playing and watching Grace do all she does.

The weekend of April 18th I went with my parents and Cole to Algona to visit my Oma, Papa Harley, and Uncle Dustin. Since we were not able to come see them on Easter we came the next weekend to see Uncle Dustin all dressed up for prom, celebrate Easter, and just have fun hanging out. I had lots of fun when i got there friday night my Oma gave me my easter basket and gifts right away. I got lots of cool stuff. The next day before it rained Oma took me outside to do an Easter egg hunt. I found lots of eggs. Daddy and Uncle Dustin were outside also getting his car ready to go to prom that night. Uncle Dustin's car was all nice and clean and looked very nice. Also on Saturday night we got to go see all the high school kids dressed up for prom. I loved watch all the kids go thru Grand March. I clapped and danced the whole time. On sunday it was nice out again so i was able to go outside with Oma and look at everything. Papa Harley and i also went and looked at the pond in the sun room and got the turtle out so i could see him. The turtle was ok as long as it kept his distance. We had such a fun weekend. I hope you all enjoy the pictures of our weekend in Algona.
