Grace is doing much better. She still has a little bit of a stuffy nose and the viral rash but she is definitely more like her self. Our little peanut is sleeping better, got her appetite back, and back to her giggly and happy self. But now her daddy, grandma and papa Juhl is sick. So lets hope her mommy doesn't get sick.
Some of the fun new things Grace has been doing lately is she has found her feet and last Friday she stuck one of them in her mouth. Lets talk about some flexibility. Grace has also found her hands. She has been putting them in her mouth for awhile now but now we have caught her looking at them. The thing she did today while we were at the doctors office for daddy and grandma was she reached out with both hands for her musical bird, it was so cute and she did it a couple times. The other big thing is she has been trying different solid foods. So far she has eaten peas, carrots, and bananas. Grace really likes the bananas. Today she ate one whole small container full. Let me tell you she continues to amaze us everyday.

Grace is a little under the weather!

Grace hanging with her boys.

Grace's little cousin Toree is in town, they like to talk to each other.
Grace thinks she is such a big girl and is going to hold her own bottle, she probably figures this way nobody can take it away.
Grace has found her foot. Don't we all wish we could still reach our toes this easily.
Grace eating her first vegetable, peas. Daddy picked peas out and he doesn't even like peas.
Daddy reading Grace his favorite book and she is trying to help turn the pages.
One of Grace's new sippy cups that she thinks is pretty neat.
Grace's new outfit made by Grandma Juhl and Great Aunt Sandy.

Our little peanut is not feeling very good. We took her into the doctors today because she has been not feeling well for the last 6 days. At first we thought she was just teething. She has been fussy, wanting to chew on everything and had a little stuffy nose. Over the last several days we notice her appetite decreased, not sleeping well, and increase irritability. Which is a big change in our very happy little girl. So what we found out at the doctors is that she has a cold and fluid in her ears. What does that mean for her? Well she just has to let it run its course and then she should hopefully feel and be better. What does that mean for us? We just have to tough it out and do what we can to try to help her feel better. The doctor said that normally it takes about 7-10 days for a cold to run its course. I think tonight has been the worse for her so hopefully we are towards the end of her feeling under the weather.
On the other note she turned 5 months old today! Also we found out at the doctors office that she weighs 14 lbs 15oz. I also feel we have done pretty good so far and lucky of course that she has not been sick at all until now. We just hope she feels better soon because she has been one unhappy little girl and miserable. Also daddy and mommy would like to get a little more sleep we are definitely feeling a little deprived right now.

Gracie is such a happy baby. Most of the time she is smiling and giggling.

Our little snow bunny. She looks so cute and snuggly.

While we were in Des Moines Grace got to see her cousin Ashleigh. They were checking each other out and interested in one another.

"Look at me." Grace is so big! She is so strong. Grace has liked standing for a long time now but we still can't believe she is able to stand with little help.
Playing at Uncle Andrew's and Aunt Holly's apartment.

"No pictures please." Our little movie star. She loves her sun glasses, she actually leaves them on. What a little ham.

Giggly girl! Grace is so silly, a lot of the time she will be playing in her activity center and start talking and caring on and just giggle and laugh. It is so cute.
